An instruction to registering oneself as a user and forming an order

• To register, choose 'Register' from the left side of the page or start ordering and you will be automatically directed to the registering page.
• Insert the required data. Check that the data is correct and click 'Send'.
• The program will guide you through possible mistakes that have been made when inserting the data. Please correct them. If the problems remain, please contact our customer support klienditoega.
• After registering you are automatically logged in and an e-mail have been sent to you with the registered data.
• In order to add a product to the cart you need to choose a department from the left side of the page or search for the product through our search system otsingu süsteemi. Either way, the results are displayed with the product's picture, description and the possibility to "Read more".
• Clicking on "Read more", the product will open with a longer description, comments, possibilities for a larger picture and "Add to cart". The latter will add the product to your cart.   
• The product will be in the cart until you remove it.
• You can add as many products as you wish to the cart.
• Opening your cart from the menu above or from the cart describing strip you will see a table with a helping description.
• If you have finished adding products to the cart, click "Order" to fill in the necessary data and confirm the order.
• After confirming the order, an e-mail with the "Order confirmation" will be sent to you. "Order confirmation" can be downloaded in PDF format or seen displayed on the browser screen.
• After "Order confirmation" payment, your order will be fulfilled during 3 workdays. 

Prices

All the prices of the products are in Estonian crowns and include VAT.

 

Personal data and the usage of it

The data that is required to form an order is company's name/first name, last name, postal address, postcode, town/county, e-mail and telephone number. When registering, the buyer agrees with the usage of his/her personal data by the service holder. The service holder is obliged not to forward the data to third persons unless obliged by law. 

 

Method of payment

The payment is done before the order is delivered, according to the order confirmation and paying 100% of the price through the bank link.

 

Possibilities for receiving the order

There are two possibilities for receiving the order:

1.       The order will be posted to you, according to the previously agreed terms;

2.    You can come to pick up the order from our representative shop; address: Tallinn, Ahtri 5. The opening hours: Tuesday - Friday 11.00 - 18.00, Saturday 12.00 - 16.30, Sunday 12.00 - 15.00.

Returning the order

You have the right to change or return the order or some of the order during 14 days. The product needs to be in the original package and unused. Damaged and/or used products cannot be returned. 

 

Warranty terms

 According to the Consumer Protection Law complaints can be reported during 2 (two) years.

Problem solving

Any problems will be solved upon settlement. In case of not receiving a settlement, both parties have the right to settle the matter in court according to the legislation in force.
